Join us as a

Registered Manager

to lead Evaro's CQC-registered healthcare operations. You'll ensure our digital clinical services are safe, compliant, and patient-centred - while driving innovation and operational excellence.


You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, pharmacists, and directors.

Location:

Fully remote (UK-based) with regular visits to our Norwich office.

What You'll Do



Lead the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant healthcare services in line with

CQC

standards. Oversee governance, quality assurance, and safeguarding systems. Manage CQC registration and inspection readiness. Support and supervise clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses across our digital pathways. Promote a culture of patient-centred care and continuous improvement.

About you



GMC-registered doctor, GPhC-registered pharmacist, or NMC-registered nurse with prescribing rights Minimum

3 years clinical

experience Minimum

3 years management

experience In-depth understanding of

CQC

regulations and healthcare governance Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills Experience (or strong interest) in

digital healthcare
