Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our children's home. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the children's home Ensure the home meets all Ofsted requirements and maintains a high inspection rating Lead, support, and develop the staff team to provide outstanding care Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people Manage budgets, policies, and procedures in line with regulations Work closely with external professionals and agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children

Requirements:

At least

2 years' experience

in a management role within an Ofsted-registered children's home Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of Ofsted standards and children's safeguarding Ability to communicate effectively with staff, children, and external agencies Commitment to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
