Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dedicated care team to deliver therapeutic, child?centred care.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.
Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and risk management.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
Proven track record in managing a children's residential home.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
