Day and Respite Service - Promoting Health, Ensuring Care
Are you a compassionate and experienced leader ready to make a real difference in people's lives?
We're looking for a Registered Manager to lead our day and respite services for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across our community-based day services and overnight respite home in Wiltshire.
This is a vital role where you'll be accountable for meeting Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards, supporting staff, and ensuring services are safe, responsive, and empowering. You'll work closely with families, carers, and professionals to deliver care that promotes independence and supports people to live a good life.
You'll need a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), experience managing services for adults with disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations. You'll also need to be flexible, confident in managing risk, and committed to leading by example.
