We are currently recruiting for the position of Registered Manager to work with and support our children and young people for a brand new and exciting LD Service.

The role will require you to be responsible for the overall management of the home, its resources and budgets. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulatory frameworks. This will be achieved by ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for the children and young people through their care planning process and that the support staff are encouraged and supported to achieve their full potential.

To be considered for this position, you must hold Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
Must have previous significant experience of working in a management or supervisory role in an LD residential care service, preferably young people but will consider CQC experience.
You will also have in-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children's Homes Regulations, demonstrate meaningful working knowledge of such legislations / standards and also have strong knowledge of learning disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, and / or other LD needs.
