Job Description
Join our expanding children's residential service in Slough as a Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high?quality provision and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.
Salary & Benefits:

Your Role:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the home. Ensure the home is Ofsted inspection?ready at all times. Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and outcomes. Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated staff team.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in residential childcare management. Skilled in developing teams and services. Passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable children.
