The Role:

We're looking for a caring, organised, and experienced

Registered Manager

to lead our Essex domiciliary care team. This is your chance to drive excellence in care, inspire your team, and shape the future of our services.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a dedicated team of care staff. Ensure all care services meet CQC standards and Redleif Care policies. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices. Monitor quality of care and implement improvements. Manage staff schedules, budgets, and day-to-day operations. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners.

What We're Looking For:

Registered Manager with proven experience in domiciliary or social care. CQC registration - however, we can support you with achieving this Level 5 in Leadership and Management/Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of care legislation and best practice. Passion for delivering outstanding care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
