Job Description

Our care home is a family run, 23 bed nursing and residential home based in a small village north of Worthing with a beautiful country setting. We provide second-to-none care for our residents, offering a truly personal experience for everyone who lives with us.

We are a nursing home rated "Outstanding" by CQC and seeking to recruit a Care Home Manager to manage and run the home with the help of the team which includes clinical lead, team leaders, nurses and ancillary staff.

Home Manager Package:

Starting Salary 50,000 per annum

Annual Bonus

About the role of Care Home Manager:

Previous experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing home setting, leading and developing strong teams

Use of electronic systems e.g. Care Planning, Medication, notifications, Audits etc would be beneficial

Nurse qualified with active PIN

Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation

Excellent organisation and planning skills

Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets

Flexibility to attend the home during the evening or weekend as the need arises.

Building/Maintaining Occupancy

Promoting marketing ideas to grow the reputation of the Home
