Job Description
We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Stoke?on?Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive organisation committed to delivering outstanding care.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to 65,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Bonus scheme linked to performance and Ofsted outcomes. Pension contributions and enhanced annual leave. Ongoing CPD and leadership training.
Key Duties:
Lead the home to achieve and maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings. Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children is at the heart of practice. Manage staffing, rotas, and resources effectively. Build a positive, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
