Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to oversee a children's residential home in Uxbridge. This role requires a leader who is committed to delivering therapeutic, child?centred care.
Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities include:
Embedding a culture of safety, respect, and aspiration. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice. Leading on staff supervision, training, and performance management. Working closely with commissioners and partner agencies to achieve positive placements.
