NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Registered manager to join their team. This position offers an immediate interview and start!
About the Role
- Lead and manage a 4 bedroom children's residential home
- Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for a child with emotional and behavioural needs
- Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice
- Attractive Salary starting at 55,000

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards
