Overview

Compass Associates is pleased to be working collaboratively with a leading Private Mental Health provider in the United Kingdom specialising in private and NHS funded care of individuals suffering with a Mental Health Diagnosis including Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Stress and OCD. Together we are headhunting for RMN nurses for one of their leading and dedicated Therapeutic Mental Health Hospitals in North London, which specialises in the care of patients with Mental Health diagnoses such as Depression, Anxiety, and OCD, as well as the treatment of Addictions, while offering a much less extensive working environment than an Acute or PICU setting.

Location

This hospital is located in North London and has excellent transit links throughout the city, providing quick access to Enfield, North Finchley, Edmonton, and Tottenham. While providing excellent tube connections, with the Central Line only a short distance away.

Criteria

\xe2\x80\x93 RMN or RNLD Qualified with a valid NMC registration
\xe2\x80\x93 At least 1 years\' experience as a RMN nurse
\xe2\x80\x93 Clear DBS

Interview

This will be a one-stage process carried out with one of the hospital\'s Ward Managers, face-to-face. The interview will most likely be competency-based, with a focus on your previous experience working in a Mental Health setting.

Salary and Benefits

This nursing position pays \xc2\xa337,000 per annum, while offering an annual \xc2\xa31,000 loyalty bonus. You will also be entitled to a \xc2\xa35,000 Welcome Bonus
