Priory Hospital Cardiff are are recruiting for Staff Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses and Registered Learning Disability Nurses to join

our team.



Priory Hospital Cardiff is a modern mental health treatment unit. The unit includes a variety of facilities, such as three secure gardens, a gym, a

hydrotherapy pool, patient practice kitchens, patient social area, art rooms and dedicated support service areas.



The service is currently being developed to provide bespoke treatment packages for a variety of patients with complex mental health needs. The unit will

provide a modern, homely environment promoting independence, whilst employing an experienced mutli-disciplinary team to oversee and support patient

progress.



As a Staff Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals.



You will be central to providing high quality care within a locked, specialised mental health rehabilitation and recovery setting. The patient group consists

of Personality Disorder, Learning Disability and Enduring Mental Illness.



You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio.



Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities



Registered nurse with active NMC PIN

Relevant clinical experience

Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality

Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.

Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills

Our shift patterns are;



Day shifts 3 07:30 to 19:45

Night shifts 3 19:30 to 07:45
