Full-time | 42 hours per week | Pro Rota (3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next) | Days or Nights

Pay:

18.60 - 25.00 per hour (DOE) | Paid breaks

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

to join our team. This role offers a varied schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred mental health care in line with best practice. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate interventions. Apply therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support service users. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC and Mental Health Act standards.
Requirements

Valid NMC registration

as an RMN in the UK. Minimum

1 year experience

in mental health settings (inpatient psychiatric units, crisis teams, community mental health, etc.). Psychiatric nursing certification and relevant mental health training. Knowledge of the

Mental Health Act

and key nursing skills including risk assessment and de-escalation. Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills.

Pay: 22.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
