Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to make a positive impact in people's lives? We are currently recruiting a passionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team and support individuals on their mental health journey.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at Southern Hill you will:

Provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health conditions Work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care Support patients in inpatient settings Administer medication and monitor treatment efficacy Build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families/carers Maintain accurate clinical records and care plans
What we are looking for:

Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse with a valid NMC pin Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Empathetic, resilient, and committed to patient-centred care Experience in mental health settings (desirable but not essential - newly qualified nurses welcome) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
