We're looking for a

motivated, empathetic nurse

to work alongside our experienced

multidisciplinary team

, supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments--and helping them move forward with dignity, support, and hope.

Your Role:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to individuals with diverse mental health needs. Work collaboratively within a

multidisciplinary team

to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans. Support patients within

inpatient settings

, ensuring both emotional and physical wellbeing. Administer medications safely, monitor treatment responses, and make informed clinical decisions. Develop and maintain

therapeutic relationships

with patients, their families, and carers. Keep clear, accurate, and professional clinical documentation and care plans.

What We're Looking For:

A

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

with a valid NMC pin. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills. A caring, resilient, and patient-focused approach.
