The Role:



As a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD), you will:


Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours. Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning. Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For:


A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD. A passion for person-centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
