Registered Mental Health Nurse's (RMN)

. This is a rewarding opportunity to work across our 14-bed inpatient Rehabilitation and 22-bed Residential (with Mental Health Nursing) service, providing essential care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.

The Best Bits

Overtime paid at 20.95 per hour Extra paid day off every year for your birthday. 7 Weeks annual leave, pro-rata for part-time. Bank contracts accrued. Additional days annual leave awarded at 2, 3, and 5 years' service. Option to purchase up to 5 days additional leave per year. Refer a Friend scheme - earn up to 500 per referral. Company Sick Benefit - 1 week full pay and 1 week half pay following successful completion of probation. About The Role:

As our

Registered Mental Health Nurse

, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs. You'll be responsible for supporting recovery, promoting independence and ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support throughout the night. Your duties will include creating care plans, administering medication, monitoring mental and physical health, and responding calmly and effectively to any challenges that arise. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive and recovery-focused environment.
