The Role

As our

Registered Night Nurse

, you will be a reassuring presence throughout the night, leading our care team and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared for. This is a role where your kindness, clinical expertise, and leadership will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the care team overnight, creating a calm and nurturing environment. Put residents' wishes, dignity, and individuality at the heart of everything you do. Develop, review, and adapt person-centred care plans. Administer medication safely and in line with NMC guidelines. Work closely with residents and their families, listening and involving them in care decisions. Provide hands-on care and reassurance, making sure residents feel valued and supported. Mentor and guide care staff, encouraging growth and confidence. Keep accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews.

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. A natural leader with a kind, approachable manner. Experience in a care home or similar setting is an advantage. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. Committed to going the extra mile to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
