we are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes. Our clients are based across Ayrshire and surrounding areas.

The role is based within a Nursing and Residential Care homes and Hospitals. Our clients offers a diverse range of care services within the Care Home including;

Dementia, Learning Disability, Mental Health Condition, Older Person Care, Physical Disability, Respite Care and Sensory Impairment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records
