We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care, with a thorough understanding of anatomy and medication administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily activities.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
Proven experience in medication administration and patient care is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathise with patients.
Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of nursing practice.
