Job Description

We are seeking a

dedicated and compassionate registered nurse

to join our care team in

Warrington

. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting our residents' health, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of health conditions Develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams Supervise and mentor care staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained Monitor and record residents' conditions accurately using clinical documentation systems Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate clinical intervention Ensure all care complies with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards (e.g. NMC code of practice) Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and external healthcare professionals Participate in audits, training, and ongoing professional development Promote a safe, clean, and person-centred environment

Requirements:

Valid

NMC registration

as an RGN or RMN Previous experience in elderly care or clinical settings preferred Excellent clinical and communication skills Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong organisational and leadership skills Right to work in the UK
