Here's a fantastic opportunity to join our amazing Rapid Response Team at Searle House in Exeter as a Registered Nurse Associate
30 hours/week, 4 days over 7 days, covering shifts 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Hospiscare Band 4: 27,485 - 30,162 per annum pro rata
As a Registered Nurse Associate on our Rapid Response Team, you will work under the leadership of a Senior Registered Nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care and clinical advice. You will hold a Foundation Degree and be registered with the NMC, with experience in specialist palliative care preferred. In this role, you will also liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider community teams to ensure patients are appropriately prioritised.
