Responsibilities
Assess patients' health conditions and needs through thorough examinations and evaluations.
Develop and implement personalised care plans based on patients' medical histories and current health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' progress, documenting changes in their condition and responding promptly to any concerns.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS on Update Service
Mandatory Training Certificates
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
A commitment to providing compassionate patient care with a focus on quality outcomes.
Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations is advantageous.
