We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols.
Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting significant findings promptly.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient management.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Support the overall organisation of the ward or department to optimise workflow efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care.
Demonstrated competence in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
