Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver comprehensive resident care, including assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering treatments. Assist physicians with medical procedures and coordinate resident care plans. Administer medications accurately in accordance with prescribed dosages and schedules. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond promptly to resident needs, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise resident outcomes. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed within the nursing home environment.

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support clinical decision-making. Competence in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing empathetic patient support. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
