Green Pastures Christian Nursing Home have a rare opportunity for a registered nurse to join our wonderful team.

About you

You must be a qualified registered nurse and registered with the NMC (valid PIN). Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care. Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all care plans and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date. Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care. Support and supervise care staff. Professional experience and ability to know when medical concerns or decisions need referring to a Clinical lead or the Home Manager. You will need excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding care. You must have knowledge and understanding of the Emar/Atlas system Must have experience with PCS platform

Hours:

Primarily night shifts at 36 hours per week

Pay:

Competitive salary with enhanced rates for night and weekend shifts.
