Whether you're looking for extra hours or a more flexible way to work, you'll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, supporting patients from admission through to discharge -- with an average patient ratio of just
1:5
.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering high-quality, individualised care - with the time to do it well.
Assessing, planning, and implementing care based on patients' specific needs.
Maintaining accurate care records and taking accountability for clinical decisions in line with NMC standards.
Supporting junior staff and stepping in for senior nurses when needed.
Continuously developing your own practice through learning and feedback.
What you'll bring:
You're a Registered Adult Nurse with a current NMC PIN.
You have post-registration experience in a clinical setting - ideally in surgery, medicine, orthopaedics or cardiac care.
You're confident communicating with patients, families, and teams.
You value safety, empathy, and professional growth.
Bonus if you have:
A postgraduate course in your clinical specialty.
Knowledge of BADS (British Association of Day Surgery) best practice.
