Brendoncare are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our care home in Froxfield, Wiltshire.

Who are you?

We are seeking experienced nurses who share our passion for excellent dementia care and can demonstrate professionalism and energy in the home.



We are looking for somebody who:


Has a valid NMC PIN Has previous experience of working with the elderly / dementia Is conversant with the NMC Code Is a competent computer user Is a good communicator, written and verbally Has previous experience of leading a small team of care staff

What will I be doing?

Your key responsibilities as a RGN with us will include, but are not limited to:


Acting as the Named Nurse for a group of residents Updating and contributing to care plans Organising and supervising the work of the Care Team Assisting in the induction and orientation of new members of the Care Team Acting as a mentor and undertake teaching of carers and students

What is Brendoncare Froxfield like?

Brendoncare Froxfield provides residential and nursing care for 44 people, including as care for people living with dementia.



Froxfield has been designed to provide a home-like atmosphere where individual needs can be met. With three separate households, there is a feeling of living in a small family unit while residents have access to all the home's facilities. Each of the bedrooms has a view of the gardens or surrounding fields and lanes..



The home has a house rabbit named Rolo who will often free-roam in communal areas and the beautiful garden, and there are plenty of opportunities for residents to continue with previous leisure interests, trips out and events held at the home.
