About the Role:

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse

to join our team at

Ferndene Care Home

in Gainsborough. This role is available on a

bank basis

, with the option of

temporary day shifts

to support with planned absences.

Ferndene is a purpose-built care home providing high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. With spacious accommodation and a committed team, we focus on delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update person-centred care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any concerns and coordinating appropriate professional input Lead and support the care team while acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective communication and thorough handovers Liaise with external professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained
