Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care, medication administration, and anatomy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our sisters, ensuring their comfort and well-being while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to our sisters in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and any adverse reactions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care. Recent experience working with older people providing Nursing Care which covers Dementia, Physical Frailty, Complex Health Care and end of life care. To be able to lead a team of carers.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the relevant nursing regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.

Pay: 16.80-33.60 per hour

Expected hours: 6.5 - 38 per week
