Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, documenting any changes or concerns in their medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and anatomy. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for patients' needs.

Pay: 25.60-30.39 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 48 per week
