Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care, support the medical team, and ensure that residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in resident assessment, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive resident assessments to determine health needs and develop individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed . Monitor residents' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing Strong clinical assessment skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.

Pay: 23.00-23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
