Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities and mobility. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, ensuring a safe environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Valid nursing qualification and registration with the relevant regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
