What You'll Do

As a vital part of the client's care team, you'll:

Deliver high-quality, individualised nursing care in a calm, structured home environment Administer medications via PEG/jejunostomy Support personal care, mobility, and daily routines with dignity and respect Monitor health and respond proactively to any changes in condition Keep accurate care documentation and health records Work collaboratively with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals Develop, review, and adapt care plans to meet evolving needs Provide emotional support and reassurance to both the client and their family

What We're Looking For

You're a caring, reliable nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. You'll bring:

A valid NMC registration (RN) Experience in community, domiciliary, or complex care (preferred) Confidence in PEG care and working independently Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable approach
