Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care. Monitor vital signs and assess patients' conditions regularly to identify any changes in health status. Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient needs. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
