We are seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse
to join our nursing team. This role offers a mix ofday shifts
with occasional night duties, providing an excellent opportunity for nurses with clinical experience in elderly or mental health care.The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in nursing home care, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medication and monitor clinical conditions Support and mentor care staff as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with CQC standards Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident care
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Minimum2 years' nursing home experience
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights Excellent communication and teamwork skillsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 20.20-23.25 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
