Registered Nurse
to support clients in their homes.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Part-Time Nurse
to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and direct care to our service users, supporting their physical and emotional well-being. You'll work closely with care staff, clients, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and develop individualised care plans
Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
Manage wound care, dressings, and infection prevention procedures
Monitor vital signs, including respiratory rate and blood pressure
Deliver palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and sensitivity
Provide health education to clients and their families on managing chronic conditions and lifestyle changes
Mentor and support healthcare assistants, providing on-the-job training and guidance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and Brainiac policies
Requirements:
Valid NMC Registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Previous experience in community, domiciliary, or home care settings (preferred)
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound management
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Empathetic, patient, and passionate about delivering quality care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
