Lead with Compassion in a Specialist Dementia and Mental Health Care Setting

We provide high-quality, specialist care for up to 75 residents living with dementia and mental health conditions. Our goal is to create a nurturing, inclusive community where every resident is valued, supported, and respected.

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and families Accurately record care and observations Lead and support care teams during shifts Ensure smooth shift handovers Monitor health and respond to care needs Administer medications safely and accurately Foster strong relationships with residents and families Encourage independence and dignity in daily activities Support engagement through meaningful social activities Maintain a safe and positive care environment Ensure proper nutrition and hydration Respond effectively to emergencies and reflect on care delivery

Requirements:

Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN) Previous care home experience is advantageous but not essential Empathetic, calm, and caring nature Strong communication and teamwork skills

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
