We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse
to join our dedicated care team in Blairgowrie. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting residents' well-being, and maintaining clinical excellence within the care home environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective person-centred nursing care. Administer medications and maintain accurate records. Support, guide, and supervise care staff in day-to-day duties. Ensure compliance with NMC standards and care regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration
as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD). Minimum1 year of nursing home experience
. Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.What We Offer:
