Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our elderly residents.
Conduct accurate medication roundsand administer medications safely in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Work effectively without direct supervision*, demonstrating strong clinical judgement and leadership on the day shift.

Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff members.
Liaise with GPs, multi-disciplinary teams, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
Uphold the highest standards of clinical governance and CQC compliance.
Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN(RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualification).
A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience working as a Registered Nurse within a UK nursing home or care homesetting.
Proven experience conducting medication roundsand managing complex medication regimes.
Confident and competent to work autonomously on day shifts*.

Excellent clinical skills in elderly care*, including dementia care, palliative care, and chronic condition management.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional demeanour.
