# Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to join our clinical team at our nursing home in Bradford. This is a key role for a confident and autonomous Staff Nurse with substantial nursing home experience and a passion for delivering exceptional clinical care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be a clinical expert on the floor, working autonomously during day shifts and taking responsibility for medication management and person-centred care planning. If you are a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience, we encourage you to apply.

# Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding, person-centred nursing care to our residents, acting as a senior Staff Nurse*.

Confidently and safely conduct medication rounds*, ensuring full compliance and meticulous documentation.

Work autonomously and proactively without direct supervision, using your initiative to manage clinical care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans.
Supervise and support junior members of the care team, promoting best practices in clinicalcare.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with NMCstandards and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including Deputy Managers and Clinical Leads*.

# Qualifications & Experience Required

Valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)*.

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a UK nursing home or care homeenvironment.
Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and managing medication rounds*.

The ability to work autonomously, making sound clinical decisions during day shifts.
A strong, compassionate nature and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality elderly care*.

This role is for experienced nurses with existing right to work in the UK; we are unable to sponsor visas for this position.*
