Make a real difference every day. As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver expert, person-centred care to a client with complex needs, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and supported in their own home.
What You'll Be Doing
Administer and monitor PEG feeding safely Manage oxygen therapy and respiratory care Support posture management, mobility aids, and pressure care Deliver tailored clinical care, promoting independence and wellbeing Collaborate with the client, family, and multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care
This is a 2:1 care role, giving you the time and space to make a real impact through personalised support.
Who We're Looking For
NMC-registered Nurse (Pin required) Experience with PEG feeding and oxygen therapy (training may be provided) Knowledge of postural care techniques Caring, patient, and proactive with a person-centred approach Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK
