We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescribed treatments.
Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition, reporting findings to the medical team promptly.
Assist with medical procedures and support patients through recovery or ongoing treatment processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organisational policies.
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate effectively with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care plans.
Demonstrated competence in medication administration, including understanding drug interactions and contraindications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient support and clear documentation.
Prior experience in specialised areas such as emergency care, geriatrics, or pediatrics is advantageous but not essential.
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant regulatory body is required. Candidates should be committed to maintaining high standards of patient safety and care, possess strong organizational skills, and be adaptable to the dynamic environment of healthcare provision.
