The Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be a vital part of our clinical team, taking charge of the night shift to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents. You will deliver outstanding, person-centred care with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to elderly residents, including those with complex needs and dementia.
Competently manage and administer medication rounds, ensuring complete accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Take clinical responsibility for the shift, making informed decisions and acting as the first point of contact.
Work closely with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate electronic records.
Supervise and support care staff, providing clinical guidance and leadership.
Ensure compliance with NMC code of conduct and all company policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

Valid NMC Pin (Registered General Nurse - RGN or Registered Mental Nurse - RMN*).

A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home or care homesetting.
Proven experience leading a shift and working autonomously without supervision.
Confident and competent in conducting medication rounds*.

In-depth knowledge of elderly careand best practices.
A compassionate, resilient, and professional nature.
Excellent clinical skills and a strong ability to assess and plan care.
