We are delighted to offer a brand-new opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Wellbeing and Development team with aspirations to become an Occupational Health Nurse. This role marks the launch of our dedicated in-house occupational health provision, which we are incredibly proud of. It reflects our commitment to providing the very best support to our colleagues across the Eastern Education Group.
This role is designed to provide the successful candidate with a development pathway into Occupational Health Nursing. You will receive full support to achieve a Diploma in Occupational Health Practice, with tailored training and mentorship from our experienced team. As you develop the necessary skills, you will be given more responsibilities and a greater role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service.
In this role, you will:
Provide confidential advice and guidance on a range of health and wellbeing matters, supporting staff across all Eastern Education Group sites.
Assist with health-related referrals and provide impartial, evidence-based recommendations.
Contribute to workplace wellbeing initiatives, promoting a culture of health, inclusion, and engagement.
Play a key part in the delivery of health surveillance programmes, including ergonomic assessments and health screenings.
