We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for patients. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess patient conditions. Proficient in medication administration with an understanding of pharmacology principles. Exceptional patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when necessary. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple patient needs simultaneously.
