20.90 - 23.90 per hour (DOE)+ Paid Breaks
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
to join our dedicated care team. This flexible position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety, as you will provide cover for full-time staff during periods of annual leave and holidays.The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure the wellbeing and dignity of all residents at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and oversee excellent standards of nursing and personal care. Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records. Support and supervise care staff to ensure consistent, person-centred service delivery. Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and team members. Work flexibly across day and night shifts as required. Ensure compliance with NMC and CQC standards.
Skills and Experience
Minimum
2 years' experience
in a nursing or care home environment. Strong clinical skills with the ability to respond effectively to residents' needs. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding care.Qualifications Required
