Key Responsibilities:

Provide care across various healthcare settings. Assess and monitor patients' health conditions. Develop and implement personalized care plans. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Safeguard best practices in health and safety. Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Valid NMC Pin and UK Nursing Experience are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to thrive under pressure in dynamic environments. Commitment to ethically driven, patient-centered care practices.
