### About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our compassionate care team at a well-established nursing home in Cardiff (CF5). This full-time role offers flexible day and night shifts, perfect for nurses who thrive in dynamic care environments while delivering exceptional elderly care.

### Key Responsibilities:

? Provide high-quality clinical nursing care adhering to NMC standards

? Safely administer and manage medication rounds

? Work autonomously across both day and night shifts

? Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to ensure person-centered care

? Maintain accurate care plans and clinical documentation

? Uphold CQC compliance and infection control protocols

### Essential Requirements:

? Valid NMC Pin (RGN) - current and in good standing

? Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in nursing homes

? Proven competency in medication administration

? Flexibility to work both days and nights

? Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience with dementia care

- Additional training in elderly care specialties

- Mentorship experience
